2019 GLOBAL MISSON TRIP: Prague, Czech Republic
In 2019, CE high school girls players are invited to go on a journey of a lifetime.
The Pelhrimov Basketball camp has been using basketball to share the Gospel in the Czech Republic for the past 5 years. 4 players and their families accepted Jesus as their Savior at the conclusion of last year's camp. Each year, the Pelhhrimov camp (and the sport of basketball) has grown in popularity in the region. We are sending 2 girls teams to help work the camp, train and fellowship with top EU players, share meals with aspiring young players, and play multiple exhibition games with top teams in the region.
CE players and chaperones will depart Atlanta immediately at the conclusion of the UAA finals on Thursday July 25th. On Friday, players will meet up with campers and work the last day of their week long camp.
Saturday, the teams will have a morning training session with Czech teams, a fellowship lunch, then play exhibition games in the afternoon.
On Sunday morning, players will attend church service where families from the camp and the Czech teams will come and learn more about Jesus. In the afternoon, players will get a tour of the Bible history museum which contains over 800 year-old Bible manuscripts, followed by an appreciation dinner for all the U.S. camp supporters and participants.
On Monday, our teams will tour the city of Prague, visiting historic sites and learning about the rich history of the region.
Teams will depart for home Tuesday am and will arrive in Raleigh around 8pm.

Consent to travel / participate documents. Provide consent for your child to participate, and provide necessary contact and medical information.
Apply to participate as a chaperone on the trip. You will be expected to complete a background check as well as attend a training session to prep for the trip. Costs to participate as a chaperone will be approximately $1,500.
Please consider praying for, or providing financial support for our players to go and share their testimonies and build relationships with a nation that very few people have had the chance to hear the good news of the Gospel.
This is an amazing opportunity for our talented players to use their gifts to make a Kingdom impact and help fulfill the great commission.
We will host an informational session on Thursday, March 21st at 7:00pm at Lowes Grove MS to discuss details and complete costs of the trip. The estimated cost per player will be about $2,500. We anticipate being able to cover half of these costs through club donations leading up to summer. Plan on trying to raise support of about $1,250 if you would like to send your player on this trip.
